Website Launch

Welcome! I'm happy to finally have this website up and running. With it, I hope to streamline the booking process, open my fly sales to a larger market, write the occasional blog post, and share updates regarding my guiding season and availability. I will have an updated calendar on the Book Your Trip page so you can see when I'm open.

For now, I wanted to give a little more detail on some of the different trips and services I offer. The boat for float trips may be changing for the 2025 season, but I am still planning on offering more than just bank fishing. All bank and float sessions have lunch included, the Fly Fishing 101 and standalone Fly Tying lessons do not.

The Fly Fishing 101 will take place elsewhere on the same property as the lake at a smaller stocked pond. The fish in here are smaller and much easier on a beginner, and there is ample room to cast. This makes a great gift for family or friends - or, of course, yourself! We can discuss a 201 river lesson or a discounted follow-up trip on the lake if you choose to continue your journey with me.

The pond on our property is a less intimidating experience for first-timers.

Standalone tying lessons will be conducted at the cabin on the lake, but I can also come to you if you're in the immediate Denver area. No tools or materials are required, but if you already own a vise, I highly encourage using it so you can begin getting familiar with the vehicle to your new obsession! Incorporating a short tying lesson into your guided trip comes at no extra charge.

Finally, I wanted to say thank you to all of you for continuing to support me on this journey. I never thought I would be able to make this a career, and everything leading up to it has been an invaluable learning experience. Make sure to check back soon, and I'll see you on the water!
